The Foundation for Excellence awards thousands of dollars for classroom grants annually.
Mr. William Lowe of Cedar Shoals High School, recipient of the 2023 Arthur Moog Middleton Writing Grant for High School Teachers, with his students. Mr. Lowe used his grant to help his students write employment proposals for future employers.

The application window for 2024 Classroom Grants opens August 5, 2024.
All classroom grant proposals are due September 15, 2024.

The June Baldwin Turnell Certification grant is presented each year to a non-certified CCSD staff member seeking teaching certification.
